   Hi I have a Nissan x-trail 2016  my radio keeps switching off and back on and asking for me to insert media update. I have bought a new sd card but it has not fixed the problem. Does anyone know where I can get a usb software update. I have been in contact with Nissan dealership and am passed back and forth brethren them and customers services . They want to run a diagnostics at a cost of Â£150 but the screen already tells me the issue. Any help would be really appreciated I just want to be able to listen to the radio
