usb problem

   hi all i'm new to all this forum stuff,anyway i need help in solving usb sticks not playing in my qashqai n-connecta 2019. i have put one in and it just plays with no control nor showing what is playing or skip to next song etc,formatted different sticks/readers and either the same or not recognised. can someone give me a tutorial with step by step guidance to get this resolved if possible. many thanks simonJust want to play my music via usb stick/reader soooo frustrating
