where is the hidden key lock

   My dad owns a 2004 Nissan Almera Tino 5 door.He has managed to run down the battery and he cant find the hidden key lock as the fob doesnt work 
now.
He has also managed to leave the owner manual inside.
I have tried to look for a manual online but cant find one and apparently its not on the passenger door.
Does anybody know if there is a manual key entry to the above car and where we it is ?
he's 86 and Im 256 miles away so any help would be greatly appreciated.
